This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Pan Valley, Schwanebeck district, on the city border to Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Entenkoje Camping Boat 'Anneliese'

The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You do not need a driver's license and can drive the boat without prior knowledge. In the boat you will find a cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky. On board there is a small gas stove with coffee, tea and the necessary accessories – perfect for your breakfast directly on the water. Bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen & a parking space are available to you in our base on land.

In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a 2-story building with a Greek restaurant downstairs in the house. It is close to the S-Zepernick (30 minutes to Friedrichstr.) There is a parking space available and several bus lines run in front of the door. Bernau Heart Center: Car: 10 min. Bus: 30 min. Buch Clinic: Car: 7 min. Bus: 22 min. S-Zepernick: By car: 3 minutes (free parking near the train station to travel by train to Berlin) Bus: 4 min.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
