The place is well located, it is very quiet and it is a good option if you want to visit Videños, Peña de Berna or the center of Tequisquiapan. It is inside a residential complex and outside it there is an Oxxo and a supermarket where we could buy several items for our stay. Nacho is always attentive and helpful to any questions or problems that may arise. Even before our arrival The facilities are as shown in the photographs. We would definitely go back to this place

Amazing place!!! The house is very comfortable and with very large spaces which allows you to spend time together in different areas of the entire house. The pool is always very clean and with hot/warm water so you can stay in until late. All the rooms have their own bathroom. The gardens are very spacious with rooms and tables in different areas to feel comfortable anywhere. Oscar's service and communication was always excellent. The caretakers Tomás and Mary were always attentive and helped us a lot. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!!!

This place is amazing, the house is spacious, clean, very cozy, the stay inside was very homey. Communication with Lidia was excellent, she was always available, she is a very friendly person. It's definitely a place I want to go back to on my next trip.

For me, it's very close to downtown, and it really has room for 3 cars. Tidy and good sized bedrooms. We had a great weekend, I would definitely come back.

Undoubtedly the best accommodation I've had in my entire experience with the app. The host is very friendly and accessible, responds quickly to questions and guides you around the area. The accommodation is in a private area, the neighbors are very friendly, the place is very quiet at any time of day or night, the accommodation is impeccable with everything they show in the description and more. The house is beautiful and very spacious as shown in the photographs, we had an excellent stay as well as comfortable, the subdivision is very quiet and safe. Maria Cristina was attentive to our questions and provided us with enough information to make our arrival easy.

The stay was very pleasant, we traveled as a family and the place was very comfortable, the welcome by the host and the people who work with her was excellent and they were always attentive. As a recommendation, I would say pay attention to the towels, linens and mattresses, and maybe a coat of paint to the pool to make it look better. A very nice place to spend a weekend with family or friends!

The place is very good, close to the best of Tequisquiapan. They use generic instructions, I imagine from other places, and there were failures, but in general everything was very good

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is very nice and comfortable, ideal for relaxing, the pool water is warm and it's a very good size, I have a Golden Retriever dog and I was able to take her, the garden is large and she was able to be there without any problems. Sheyla and Belén are super nice, I felt very confident. The location is very good because it is 5 minutes from downtown. The rooms are spacious and everything is very clean, we were able to cook and use the kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed it, we look forward to coming back.

It's a beautiful house in a very safe and gated area. Definitely a great option for a trip to Tequisquiapan, just a 10-minute drive away.

This is the second time we've stayed here and the truth is that it's one of our favorite places. The cabins are comfortable and clean, the place is very nice and peaceful... it's definitely highly recommended and we'll be back without a second thought!!!
