The house is situated in a quiet side street. Butcher with bratwurst stand, soft ice cream machine, kebab, corner store, library, bank machine, restaurant and church are just around the corner. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. It starts on the Rennsteig cycle path at Oberhof and ends in Einhausen on the Werratal cycle path. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. Hiking and skiing areas on the ridge of the Thuringian Forest are within easy reach.

The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

We were very pleased with the apartment at Brigitte's. We were greeted in a friendly manner, the apartment was fully adequate in size, in the kitchen everything was available that is needed and in warm weather you have a large balcony available. We would come back anytime.

Warm and uncomplicated interaction. Great apartment (especially great starting point for geocachers!). Very quiet location. Great kitchen equipment (dishes are enough for 4 people also for 2x breakfast and more). We felt VERY comfortable!

The kitchen area features modern cabinetry and appliances, with a dining table set for two. An archway leads to a spiral staircase, providing access to additional spaces. Natural light fills the room through a nearby window, enhancing the wood-paneled walls.

very cool place to stay... small, it's just a garden cottage, but if all travellers get along well, it's just an amazing location in a peaceful area. beautiful sunrises are free of charge. we can recommend the cottage without a doubt and kids love the cave like place to sleep!
