This is a 175 sqm vacation home - on a 1250 sqm property, completely renovated in 2020. Spacious and luxurious. Fireplace + Finnish sauna included. 1.8 km walk through the forest to a stunning beach. The house is located on the island of Wolin (west coast of the Polish Baltic Sea), directly on Wolin National Park. Central heating throughout the house included in the price + additional fireplace including firewood 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. 1 guest toilet on the first floor.

Haus am See mit Steg, Boot, Kamin und Sauna

Hier kann man die Ruhe der Mecklenburger Seenplatte weit weg von den Touristen Hot Spots genießen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am See mit privatem Steg und Boot. Es liegt etwas versteckt am Rande des Ortes Wanzka, wo sich ein altes Kloster befindet. Die Mönche haben sicher schon die Ruhe und die einzigartige Lage in der Mitte von zwei Seen geschätzt. Auch wenn man hier völlig ungestört ist, so finden evtl. mitreisende Kids schnell Anschluss bei der nahe gelegenen Badestelle des Ortes.

Das Haus am See bietet einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit den schönsten Ausblicken auf den Neuwarper See, einer Bucht des Stettiner Haffs. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den Riether Werder. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um nach einer ausgedehnten Tour mit dem Ruderboot oder nach einem Bad im See den Tag am Kamin oder in der Sauna ausklingen zu lassen. Der große Garten ist umzäunt, es gibt Gartenmöbel und Teak-Liegen, und für die Kleinen einen Sandkasten und eine Schaukel.

Unser Haus am Tollensesee ist ein wunderschöner Ort um von dem Lärm der Stadt abzuschalten. Direkt gelegen am Tollensesee (wenige Gehminuten entfernt), der mit seinem klaren Wasser zum Schwimmen oder zum Stand-up-Paddling einlädt. Oder aber zu schönen Radtouren ca. 35km um den See. Die Lage zwischen Neustrelitz und Neubrandenburg, gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder Restaurant besuche.
