A great getaway for family and friends (and pets)! Our group had 6 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The house was very open and airy and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Every bedroom has lots of light and porch / patio access. The kitchen and dining areas were open and perfect for group dinners. Even though there are other houses nearby, it felt fairly secluded with a spacious backyard. It's far enough off the road that kids could run around safely. The kitchen had pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, and dishes, with a few spices, salt & pepper. We didn't see any casserole dishes or big mixing bowls. But otherwise it had what we needed. The lake was easy to drive to and walk around (and boat if it's the right season). Mark was a good host and communicated well. The house book provided gave a lot of options for activities and information about the area. Overall a great place to stay, and we'd love to visit again!

My stay was very comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled and defined (Mark makes great use of his label maker - lol) The stay included complementary breakfast fixings with a neat grill for building breakfast sandwiches. Great follow-through and text communication for any questions. My only complaint is my stay was too short.

I have had clients stay in this home multiple times. They always LOVE it. This is an amazing little escape. The trail by the lake is right below the house...there are kayaks...it's quiet. This house is comfortable and super clean. I highly recommend you stay here!

Ted was very responsive and helpful leading up the our arrival. We got in late, but he was there to greet us in the morning and we had a few nice conversations about the house and the area. We had small children with us and the loved playing on the property and alongside the ducks! It is a very peaceful location and we felt completely rested after our stay. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we need. The boys are already asking when we can go back :)
