Vacation rentals with a patio in Berkeley Township

Michael and Jennifer were amazing to work with. They were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly and attentive. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything seemed new and updated. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy spot! The location was absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around. The space was just right for two people and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and the bikes, which made exploring even more fun. The host was also incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean home and fit 8 people well. Phyllis was also very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly. Would book again!

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

Amy’s place was fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. It’s fully updated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making everything feel easy and welcoming. One standout was the bed —super comfortable, which isn’t always the case with shore rentals. You can tell Amy put real thought into making the space feel like home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Jessalyn’s Place was exactly what picture shown ,Everything was very good.Personally I never stayed in airbnb Jessalyn definitely made me open to traveling more a staying an Airbnb‘s. I’m so excited to wear. My next adventure will be and staying in Airbnb‘s. I love to travel and I definitely give Jessalyn a five star review. Her place is absolutely adorable. Beautiful and clean. Definitely will be booking with her again in the future.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Great beach House to visit during the summer months! Safe area & very calm and peaceful during the night with a fresh ocean breeze! Nice view of the boardwalk at night with the Ferris wheel lights. Clean & Comfort great for kids, and very nice neighbors.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

Cute, clean, quiet. We booked here for the location. It is very close to boardwalk and venue that we were in town for. Perfect for our short stay. Easy entry and check out. Owner was timely, communicative and accessible. We’d stay again for a short stay.

My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. Amazing lake views. The fish were biting. A beautiful peaceful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Quite a memorable and special place. Book it- you won’t regret it. Sweetwater Marina also a nice spot to each. Bikes were fun to ride around and the porch deck made for a lovely spot for coffee and drinks. Plenty of parking and secluded at the end of road. Will rebooked already. 🎣 🏖️ 🛶

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay here over Memorial Day weekend. We have been coming to LBI for years but never stayed in Ship Bottom until this trip, I really liked the location of this unit. Close walk to the beach, easy access to bridge, walkable to stores and restaurants, but also a quiet street. This was very convenient and fit our family of 4 well. Place as described, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Nice that it came with beach chairs for use. Spent a lot of time on the porch. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.
