The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books.
