Outdoor pool, cafes, restaurants, boule and bowling alley, sound hiking trail within walking distance. Dog(s) welcome on request, no cats. Not suitable for fitters. Tourist tax €0.70 per person/day (on site)

Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. About 500 m walk from the apartment is a Kneipp facility where you can relax your feet after long walks.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
