The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

The location in the middle of the nature reserve & not far from the famous rock sea in Lautertal welcomes hikers, connoisseurs, those seeking peace and quiet, yogis and nature lovers. Shopping & restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, just a few minutes' drive away. There is a large dining table for shared meals. No dogs allowed

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

My courtyard ride consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm of living space) as well as the former servant house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace as well as two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.
