Genieten van het lommerrijke Hillegersberg en toch dichtbij het centrum (15-20 minuten met auto of OV) OV en winkelstraat op loopafstand. De trap naar de slaapkamer is steil en is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
