Villa Alfina impresses with its interesting architecture – modern with a special charm that immediately catches the eye. The location is great: centrally located in Alf, everything important is easily accessible. A real plus is Iveta, the landlady – warm, attentive and always approachable. You feel welcome and well looked after.

We were with two families in this beautiful vacation home in Ovifat and enjoyed the time very much. There are many beautiful and varied hiking trails in the area. The rainy days have also The house is very comfortable thanks to the pool table and sauna, the place is perfect for four adults and four children (2, 7, 12, 14). We liked the well thought-out furnishings, from children's cutlery to barbecue and playground, it has everything you need for an uncomplicated time with friends. Communication was also great and very friendly. Thank you for the beautiful Easter holidays!

We were at Vera's place for a family reunion with 14 people (18-81 years old), who warmly welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the information. We immediately felt very comfortable and in great weather we also used the garden and the barbecue area. The villa and the cottage have been renovated with attention to detail and offer enough space for large groups/families. We didn't miss anything. In Unkel everything is within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, train station, etc.) and the place has beautiful alleys and half-timbered houses. We had wheels with us and made beautiful bike tours along the Rhine from the house. We highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

The stay was lovely, the house was beautiful and extremely tidy and clean. Lots of space and a lovely bathroom with sauna. Jeannine was very kind, a perfect host who welcomed us and gave clear instructions on the usage of the house as well as links for supermarket, things to do etc. We can definitely recommand a stay!

Business stay to Düsseldorf area

The house is exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We were there with seven people, which was no problem at all, as the rooms are all very spacious. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and check-in was friendly. The only drawback was the (one) mattress. We then swapped beds and were able to solve the problem (for the children, the mattress was not a problem). I would book the house again at any time.

We spent a wonderful Pentecost weekend with the whole family at the Kaiser villa. The villa is a really very nice house in a prime location! The hosts are knowledgeable and super nice. Everything was just right! We will be happy to come back!

Bettina and Jörg have made a little gem in the Eiffel area. We stayed in their house for 4 nights in May with our 2 daughters to do several hikes in nature. It's definitely worth a 10/10 score. It was of course a beautiful sunny weekend in spring and the area is gorgeous. But there are many reasons the house in itself is amazing. First of all: it's a huge place, even for 6 or 7 people it would be, with several seating areas, a sunny roof terrace and a large garden. Second: everything was there. I think we've never stayed at such a well-equipped place. As an example: not 1 but 3 different ways to prepare coffee (Nespresso pads included)! Then there is the gas BBQ, the Ping-Pong table, the hammock, board games, ... The girls loved the jacuzzi of course. Third: it's so cozy and quiet, so nicely decorated we felt at home immediately. And finally: the warm welcome by the owners, even as we arrived quite late (present included). We really had the best time.

We had a great weekend with the family. Everything worked out great and Karen was very friendly! We liked the house and everything was clean and cozy. The surrounding area is very beautiful.

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

We, seven adults and seven children had a wonderful weekend in Benjamin's house, the house of about 300 years old really has its charms, with associated sounds and everything. The host really deserves congratulations on hospitality and helpfulness. If you were with something and approached him, he always responded immediately and was also very helpful. There is also plenty to do in the area of the house. In about half an hour, you'll be in a zoo or amusement park such as Moviepark Germany. At the house itself there is also a beautiful large garden in which you can sit outside and there is also plenty of parking.

Pascal is super friendly and his villa is beautiful. Unfortunately, I only booked the villa for 1 day, you didn't want to leave at all. The highlight was definitely the garden with the pool, and of course the terrace. Thank you Pascal.

We were a family of 23 with several children and teenagers and were there for 4 days. The villa was big enough and had enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. The rooms and pool had a very pleasant temperature and overall we had a great time, everything was great.

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

We were there for the second time this year and as always, it was very satisfactory and great :)

Good place to stay for a group

We will be happy to come back. The perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. Super plenty of space and very large rooms.

Nearby, everything can be done, but the house also offers enough space for entertainment. We cooked with a large group in the kitchen - please note! Bring your own kitchen towels! We were able to use the pool, the jacuzzi and the ping pong table. Bedrooms and beds are fine, possibly bring your own pillow if you are sensitive to neck problems, etc. Furthermore, a little beware with noise in the evening and at night, we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but there are apparently some neighbors within hearing distance (sorry!) - although there is a farm down the road where much more noise was made with loud music and shouting, so we seriously wonder if the complaints about us were not actually targeted.

The place is really insanely beautiful! The amenities are GREAT and communication with Jana was impeccable. I'm sure we'll book again!
