Bathroom access only from the large room. The city train is a 6-minute walk away (trade fair 15 minutes, city 22 min.), express bus 2 min. walk (cathedral/train station 16 min.). 300 meters from the highway exit. By car trade fair in 10 minutes, city 15 minutes. Ample parking next to the house on the street. Requests between 9 am and 10 pm.

The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and yet is relatively quiet. A few minutes walk there are different supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes walking through the city center. There is also a bus stop in front of the door to the train station. An underground car park with a reserved parking area is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers high privacy through privacy screens.

This is the right place for single traveler or two, who get well along and appreciate quietly accommodation. There is a Bus stop to Cologne nearby and you are in 5 minutes on the freeway number 4 ( A4). You can find mostly everything for example , restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket in the next neighborhood. You will love and enjoy this 39 qm of calm, because of the cosy ambient and the relaxing sight into the green. Not least because of the heartily welcome at our home.
