We rent out our modern thatched-roof house, which was completed in 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Stream. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously furnished. From now on, we will cover all Airbnb fees, which means that you as guests will no longer pay the 15% Airbnb service fees, but we will cover them. This change was made by Airbnb. We therefore had to increase our prices by this 15%. For you, this means: You have de facto NO price increase

You want to spend an individual holiday, then our mobile home may be the right place. It is fully and comfortably furnished, with everything you need . Kitchenette, TV, bathroom with shower/toilet, heating, two beds, one 1.40 x 2 m and the other 1.20 x 2 m, as well as a small sofa bed in the living area Dining area for 3 people. About 30 m from our small forest lake with jetty and beach chair, as well as with a small paddock if you want to bring your own horse.

A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
