Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Berat County

There is an access to the roof which allows 360 view of the surroundings, including the view of old town and mountains which was spectacular. Andriana gave good instructions on how to get to the house as GMaps generally suggests a road which is not suitable for regular cars, only for 4x4. Going downtown isn't the easiest since you either have to go down the stairs for about 7-10 minutes or alternatively spend about 15 minutes if you choose a car road, but the view from house is worth the journey. The internet is not super reliable so if you need to do anything work-wise it's better to opt for room #1 where the router is. The apartment has no AC (as of now) but since it's located in the ground floor it's generally not too hot, moreover there are usually winds (pleasant ones) since the house is located on the hill. Andriana's parents are super hospitable and will often treat you with local cheese/fruits/snacks/deserts or whatever they have at the moment.

Excellente nuit passée dans le logement d’Ambel. Centre ville accessible à 10mn à pieds. Berat est une ville magnifique. Ambel est très sympa et réactif. Au plaisir de revenir dans son logement. À bientôt

Me encantó el lugar y la familia 💚 Se sitúa encima de una montaña y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. El matrimonio que está por allí es ENCANTADOR. Volvería sólo para poder llevarme una semana con ellos ayudándolos en todo lo posible. Ambos son súper amables y serviciales, la casa de huéspedes es maravillosa y no puedo estar más encantada!!!! Fui con mi novio y nos trataron exquisito. Ojalá podáis disfrutar de su excelente compañía 😊✨😊✨

We had such an amazing stay at Nexhi's house! She and her husband made us feel very welcome in their apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and spotless, situated in a quite neighborhood. The best part of it is it's view, you can see over the city and especially the mount Tomorr is like in front of you. We parked our car in front of the building and could than walk to the city center in less than 10 minutes. The room was spacious, tap water is drinkable, there's always warm water and bed was very comfortable. The best part for me was that they offered us delicious homemade gluten free breakfast with local products, and on our arrival we found fresh fruit in the room. If you're planning to visit Berat we definitely recommend this place!

Manteo è stato così gentile da venirci a prendere appena arrivati. Ci ha poi accolto nella sua casa che si trova nella parte storica di Berat. La casa è tenuta benissimo e con arredi originali albanesi! Anche la colazione è stata una tipica colazione albanese. Complimenti a Manteo e alla sua compagna per averci regalato una Berat da favola!

A Special Stay in Berat’s City of Windows🪟 Staying here felt like stepping into the heart of Berat’s soul. The house itself is a beautiful piece of Albanian architectural history, you’re not just visiting the city, you’re living in it. Check-in was really easy, and Manteo was amazing. He gave us clear instructions, was super considerate, and even prepared some food for us even when we arrived late.. such a kind gesture after a long journey. He was also really friendly and shared great tips about the neighbourhood. The room was spotless and cozy, and waking up to that panoramic view of Berat’s famous stacked houses was just magical. It’s one of those views that you don’t forget. Getting to the house involves walking through narrow stone paths, steps, and ramps, but that’s part of the experience. It really feels like walking through history, with each turn echoing the charm of old Balkan streets. Honestly, this wasn’t just a stay… it was an experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Klein maar fijn appartement aan de rand van Berat. De eigenaar Emiard is erg betrokken en staat open voor een praatje. Mooie tuin die erg lekker geurt, waar je goed kan zitten. Echt een aanrader! De douche is erg klein en je moet niet vergeten de knop ‘s avonds om te zetten voor warm water. Maar dat weegt echt niet op tegen de voordelen van dit appartement en ook vooral de vriendelijke eigenaar en zijn vrouw en zoon.
