It offers a wonderful view over the valley, city, river and mountain. You'll love sitting on the terrace or patios, enjoying the view and the colours of sunrise/sunset, while having breakfast/dinner or just relaxing sipping wine. I'd suggest you to book for at least 2 nights, to have time to discover the charming Berat.

We had a great time staying at Inesa’s place. The facility is clean, cozy and has everything needed for a short visit. Communication with Inesa was excellent as well. Recommend!

Very friendly the owner, he explained to us very well all the parts of the house. The apartment is great and very clean

Everything was great. Denise is very helpful and friendly. Will help to fix any inconvenience. The house has everything you need for amazing stay. There is also everything you might need (shops, bus stop, cafe, attraction).

A light-filled bedroom features two spacious beds neatly made with clean linens. Each bed is flanked by bedside tables. A wall-mounted television is positioned in front, while a bathroom entrance is visible through a partially open door.

the hosts are very helpful and welcoming. The accommodation is simple, but impeccably clean. we asked for dishes that were awarded directly to us. they offered us a coffee and accompanied us to do our shopping (guided us, as well as we insisted on carrying our water bottles). In addition the location is ideal, a few minutes walk from the center, the walk takes place along the river and offers a very nice walk. The neighborhood is quiet, the entrance is private and self-contained. and there is a parking space. thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and service. I recommend it.
