My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Booked this AirBnB for a weekend ski trip up north. The check-in was very flexible which was nice because we wanted to ski on check in day. The house was very cozy and inviting. Very clean and taken care of. It offered a lot more room than I expected. The hot tub was spectacular, very hot and the jets are wonderful. Check out was super accommodating as well and the host was very responsive to questions. Only trouble we had was that the furnace has some trouble keeping the house warm during a blizzard. Having the garage was super nice during the blizzard though. It seemed like during our stay most of the neighborhood wasn’t there so it was very quiet and peaceful. Seems like a neighborhood with a lot of summer homes. If you’re going in the winter be sure to take a car with AWD because the roads were pretty difficult to drive on in my tiny sedan. Not the BnB’s fault, but just a warning.

Our stay was very satisfactory. The bed was comfortable, there's a grocery store literally right next door to the house, it's within walking distance of downtown (and the beach to a lesser extent). There wasn't much to complain about overall. Would stay here again.

My husband and I visited Lake Ann, Traverse City and Leland over the weekend along with our daughter and son-in-law. The place was ideal for us. It was as described and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sofa is a pullout, but it had an auto inflate air mattress rather than the old uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. We would absolutely stay there again!

Wonderful location that was walkable to beach, coffee shops and breweries. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were both easy. Highly recommend this property in Beulah!

This PERFECT home was neatly decorated with all the amenities carefully planned. Everything about this AirBnb was above par! Kitchen was perfectly stocked, bedrooms were huge with ample storage, pristine bathrooms and the most adorable decor! We loved using the record player so much my daughter ended up purchasing one at MaryAnn's Antiques in Manistee. Games, puzzles and books provided were a nice change!!! I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what really made the experience exceptional was the host. From the moment I booked, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and at ease. There was a small change in my travel plans, and the host was so understanding and flexible, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who not only provides a great place to stay but also genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort and experience. If you’re looking for a place with a thoughtful and reliable host, I can’t recommend this listing enough. I would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this for a winter getaway. The home was lovely and our family of 8 had a wonderful time. Playing ping-pong and other games, enjoying the fire place and having plenty of space to cook and enjoy meals together were some of our favorite inside activities. Being so close to trails meant we found lots of opportunities to be outside, too. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This rental was perfect for a large family to stay, as it sleeps 12 (including futon and couch). It was perfect for our large group attending graduation from Interlochen Arts Academy which is just 14 minutes away. The kitchen was well appointed and the house was light filled and comfortable. The views of the horses was my favorite part. The front porch was peaceful and we had an amazing time. Fire pit was nice, but we didn’t use it. Plenty of parking available. This is a great place, as long as you realize you are far from any major towns (30 mins to Traverse City). It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for us!

Jamie was a great host! The place was set up so cute. A little smaller than the pics look, but still good. The doors and cabinets dont close all the way, but probably an older house, we could deal🙂 the outside wasnt setup like pics outside, but we moved the things no problem. It was winter, so couldn't get mad. We enjoyed some time at the bonfire. The hot tub was real nice! Jamie was always so fast to respond and help when needed. Great stay!

Great experience at Donna’s place. Clean, cozy and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils to make a meal. The keyless access was convenient. Great location. Kids loved the bunkbead. Appreciated the hiking trail recommendations. Arcadia and the Baldie dune were incredible. Also loved going up to sleeping bear dunes from here. Fun to watch all the kite surfers on Frankfort’s beach.

At first we were afraid we were too far from the Traverse City happenings. But we found the peacefulness of the location - the stream running through the backyard with otters at play- and the nearness to the cute towns - Empire, Beulah and Frankfort - were worth the 35 minute drive to Very Busy Traverse City. The house itself, yes, was grandma-ish but so comfortable. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the host was very responsive. Be aware that although the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the only food is salt and pepper. And the lockbox was difficult to open/close. Other than that, definitely a 5 rating.

This was our fifth time staying here. The location, watching the boats on Betsie Bay bring us back each year. The condo is very well maintained, Marc is very quick to respond

Nice place with a comfortable setup. Came up to ride Crystal Mountain. It was walking distance to the ski lifts and the other properties surrounding the ski hill so that was nice. I would stay again.

Was so lucky to stay here for the Ironman 70.3. The apartment features floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony overlooking the lakeshore. Located directly on the beach and a short, easy walk to Main st and open space park. Apt is clean and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this condo for a late season trip to Crystal. The location is perfect for a quick walk to Loki or Clipper. Also enjoyed being near the market and pizza place for an easy dinner the night we arrived. Would stay again!

Shoutout to Chelsea, Rachel, and the gentleman from reaccommodation services who, after we had an issue at our initial accommodation, helped us find a new spot promptly. They were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent communication, lovely home, easily walkable to the lifts and Crystal amenities.

Our stay at the Beulah Beach Loft was fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The view from the loft is stunning, offering a peaceful backdrop for our mornings and evenings. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. They really thought of everything we could need both inside the kitchen and on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Crystal Lake.
