Becky’s house is exactly as presented. Her house was perfect for our group of 14. If you enjoy golf this is the place to stay. Everything was wonderful and our stay here was enjoyable! We hope to return for an another stay in the future.

Great location! Crystal Mountain was an easy walk from the home.

This was a great place to stay and was definitely up to our standards. Well worth it for a trip with the family or friends.

We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of the better ones. Friendly and responsive host, very clean, well equipped kitchen. This was a family ski weekend rental and it held all 10 of us perfectly. Was easy walk back and forth from skiing. Cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent again. It is a true gem!

The house was perfect by the ski slopes, had lots of room for our family, the upstairs for kids with their own bathroom & living room was a nice amenity! We enjoyed the stocked cupboards, fireplace, and decor!

We had a great stay! Lori was very responsive and flexible with checking in/out. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The house was spotless and bathrooms were nice. The location was perfect for skiing on/off the hills! Beautiful view of the area from the house. We look forward to staying at this place again!

Bryce was one of the best hosts that I have had the pleasure of staying at. He was very quick to answer any questions that I had and always polite to talk to. His description of the property was spot on and will definitely be a return customer if I make it back to the area in the future.

Perfect home, perfect location. The home has views of the sand dunes and Lake Michigan whether inside or outside. Griner's Life Saving Station (home) had everything we needed to spend the most awesome week ever!

We so enjoyed our family trip here! It felt like a tree house upstairs looking out to trees and the lake. It was a cozy family room area. We had a great time kayaking in big Sanford lake. It was so peaceful on the weekdays we were there. Sometimes we were the only kayakers. It was close to Traverse City and we checked out Frankfort and Crystal Mountain too. Overall would recommend!

Perfect house for our weekend getaway! We came to town for a wedding that was just a quick 15 minute drive from the Airbnb. The house had everything we needed and was so cozy, and beautifully decorated! Located on a peaceful block just a short walk from the water and some cute shops. We hope to come back to visit again soon :)

This property is the perfect place to stay in the Traverse City area for bigger groups! Very modern, private, has everything you need, and the slow, shallow river nearby is great for a hot summer day. Rachel and Blake are kind and responsive, and I felt the value was great as well! Next time I’m in the Traverse City area with a big group, I don’t see a reason to look for any other property because this one has everything you’d really ever want and need. Since it’s on a river, the bugs can get bad, but not a dealbreaker by any stretch. Everyone in our group was impressed and would recommend staying here again!

"Place of Our Dreams!" Our stay was peaceful, yet there was plenty to do around. Even when the weather turned on us one day, we found ways to enjoy our time. After a very busy summer, this trip was the perfect remedy for our stress—especially with our two kids in tow! The ample space and various activities allowed us to truly relax and rejuvenate. I was particularly impressed with how functional the space was—everything was easy to use and easy to clean. The hosts were fantastic; they not only knew the answers to all our questions but were also eager to help in any way they could. We can't wait for our next stay!

Lauren's house is perfect for a large family group. We came for a ski weekend/family reunion and it was perfect. The large family room/kitchen was our focus, with kids playing and adults catching up, cooking meals, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, with lots of space. The bunk room was a huge hit with the cousins. It snowed constantly throughout our weekend and Lauren and Michael had our road plowed twice, which was very much appreciated. The open design of the living room, with all its large windows gave the feeling of being surrounded by nature and the snowfall. It was beautiful. There was 2-3 feet of snow in the backyard--turned out to be perfect for several football games, with tackling in the snow-very memorable! The kitchen is well organized and has everything we needed. The island and table combination worked well for meals. We loved the entire set-up. Thank you for such a memorable stay, Lauren and Michael!

The house worked out perfect for my in-laws for our sisters celebration of life. It was quiet and peaceful. Lori was very helpful by letting us have a later checkout by 2 hours. Would definitely use her again or this house!!

Perfect place for our family’s weekend getaway. Home was well stocked, plenty of space, and was a quick trip to downtown and the beach. We enjoyed making s’mores around the Firepit and the PickLeBARn was a fun addition. Brooke was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place was so cozy and welcoming—truly a perfect getaway spot. The amenities were amazing and everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially appreciated the two separate living quarters, which made it easy for our group to relax and spread out. The canoes were such a fun bonus—we had a great time on the river! The location is also ideal—just a short drive to great food spots and super close to beautiful Frankfort Beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Location was peaceful and quiet. House setting was great. House has everything you will ever need to have an amazing time. Even had wood ready to go in the fire pit outside. Short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach that the kids loved. The town is about a 3 minute drive or less. Great little town with lots of good food and coffee shops. Host was great and very responsive to any questions we had. House was as described and very clean. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

This space went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did this host think of every detail with the looks but I was pleasantly surprised by a lovely ‘tea bar’ and some basic kitchen items that I wouldn’t normally use for such a short trip. I also really appreciated that she included things like hangers, shower toiletries, a hair dryer, and of course fresh sheets and towels. The location is secluded with a beautiful backyard and fire pit— just a drive away from the water. This space was so well thought out and by far the best stay I’ve ever had at an air bnb! I highly recommend if you’re heading to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this spotless new-construction home nestled in a quiet, wooded residential area. The house was stylishly furnished, well appointed, and easily accommodated our multi-generational family. Emily was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful, natural setting.

This is a wonderful location. The hosts literally thought of everything from local sights to upscale condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets. Prime beach location. A great place to vacation.
