Vacation apartment in the old thatched house on Usedom

Benz is located in the charming hilly hinterland of the island of Usedom, 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. In addition to thatched houses, there is a Dutch windmill with original furnishings, a small gallery and a brick church with a beautiful wooden coffered ceiling designed as a starry sky, where concerts can be experienced regularly in summer. The apartment is located in my old thatched roof house and is light-flooded and friendly. It is good for couples.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly.
