High standard building with restaurants and shops. Beautiful view on the mountains. there is a shuttle going to first Word Plaza and to the casino. The apartment is small with 2 beds and is very nice

Worth every penny!!! Me and my family were sooo amazed at how well the place was managed, when we entered, we felt right at home and so welcomed with air conditioning already turned on and tv playing soft piano music. The place was clean and so comfortable!! Thank you so much host, we really really enjoyed our stay!!

Overall it was a very pleasant stay 🤍 clean space, well maintained, beautiful decoration, and most importantly responsive and communicative host. Area also nice - near to the central area. Recommended!

The apartment was very comfortable, the AC worked great. The water heater had some issues but the hosts gots that repaired quickly. One thing to note is that the TV can only play YouTube and you cannot get Netflix or other streaming services to work. The furniture is comfortable and good closet space. Great location and easily walkable to Jalan Alor food street and Pavilion mall.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

Our team’s hangout at 4Balance Homestay hit the sweet spot between chill and fun. The roomy living area fit our little speeches and games without feeling cramped, and we loved drifting between the cinema, pool table, and board games. Bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms spotless, and extras like extra blankets and plenty of outlets made winding down easy. The hosts were super approachable as it always always a quick text away for more chairs, snack tips, or directions Indeed, we could focus on hanging out, not logistics, create sweet memories and have a great bonding there.

Gim Liok's homestay was really amazing.the rooms and bathrooms were so clean and I felt right at home. the house is very peaceful and calm for you to have a relaxing stay. You will feel like you just want to stay at the house only and not come out. Gim was also very responsive to my needs. I was having some issue about the TV and he immediately responded my messages with out any delay and I was able to switch it on. Gim even recommended some place around the homestay for me to visit during my time there. The rooms and fully equipped with Aircon and hot showers and it's so spacious.even the neighborhood are very friendly people.His neighbor was very friendly and understanding. Gim's place is a gem and I will definitely be back here again.

kinda confused when getting into parking based but the check in process was smooth, house is clean, very comfortable and exactly like the photos. highly recommended!

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

The place was nice but need so much of maintenance other thn that mr Chen was too good he prepared us nasi lemak and some desserts . it’s a 5star cuisine meals

A truly unforgettable stay — highly recommended! The house was exactly as described — clean, peaceful, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It has a beautiful garden full of plants and flowers that made us feel connected to nature again. The retro style of the home gives off a nostalgic charm that adds to its unique character. What truly made our stay special were the hosts — incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. We had such a great time chatting with them and listening to their stories and life experiences. They’re amazing musicians too! It was such a blessing to hear the host play the guitar. Moments like that made the stay feel extra meaningful. Every little detail reflected their care and hospitality, making us feel right at home. It was a perfect stay in every way. 10/10 ☆ Would definitely come back if we’re ever in Bentong again! If you're looking for a peaceful escape with heartwarming hosts and a soulful space, this is the place.

It's a very comfortable and homey place. Perhaps a slight improvement could be made, especially in the toilet area; the floor can be a bit slippery when wet. Otherwise, it's a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
