Se distribuye en tres plantas con cocina/comedor y aseo en la planta baja, dormitorio doble en planta primera y cama/sofa con baño/ducha en la segunda planta. Dispone de mobiliario exterior para disfrutar de las vistas a pie de calle. La playa se encuentra justa enfrente y el paseo a unos metros.
