Great apartment with a great view, clean tidy and in a great location!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Great location, easy access to beach. 12 minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes to the strip. Views are fantastic. Louis responds quickly to queries.

We had a great time in this apartment. Everything was perfectly clean, well organized and as described. The sea view is stunning, and the residence is very secure and well maintained. A big thank you for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a nice restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building (check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a great stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect and contains everything you need for a successful vacation. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into town. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return by plane to Norway and then got to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I would love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

This apartment has a great view of the water and a mountain and is located just 5 min away from the beautiful beach and cafes, yet quiet at night. Great location. Would come back anytime soon!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Our stay at Paco's apartment was absolutely superb. Great location, spotlessly clean, close to the beach, supermarkets and local amenities. The bed was also extremely comfortable. My wife and I stayed for a month and loved it so much we booked another 10 days towards the end of our stay. We would have stayed even longer but unfortunately the apartment was already booked. Paco is an excellent host. Friendly, polite and super quick to respond to any questions. The only questions we had were during the booking process. We didn't have to message Paco once during our stay ( other than booking the extra days ) because everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you Paco.
