Vacation rentals with a patio in Benicàssim

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, it has everything you need for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Even for the beach, Maria has chairs and a parasol and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water were provided. We highly recommend the apartment and its lovely landlady. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

We stayed for a weekend and it was short. The place was perfect. Very well conditioned. And with beautiful views of the beach. The very nice development with swimming pool, playground, and direct access to the beach promenade.

Rob and Theresa are great hosts, friendly, thoughtful and extremely attentive. The reception was warm and you almost forget that you are at an Airbnb and not with old acquaintances you want to invite to your home next time. The house was very clean and fully equipped. I have never seen a hotel or Airbnb that was so well cleaned, and then it was also on a sandy beach and dogs are allowed so it is even more special. We will definitely come back when we are nearby!

Willem told us perfectly how to get there and waited for us at the door. He also had the courtesy of leaving us mini croissants and the apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is spacious, well-equipped and offers all-round pleasant, shady seating – perfect for staying outside even at higher temperatures. The pool was a great addition for us and made the stay even more relaxing. We would like to highlight the responsiveness of the landlord: A small problem with the garage door was immediately responded to and quickly remedied – very exemplary! The surroundings are quiet, a supermarket is easily accessible by car. There are some dogs in the neighborhood, so there is always barking - but for us it was not a problem overall. We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Everything went great, the host allowed us to check in early without any hesitation. It was very important because we were with the children and crossed the far way. The apartment corresponds to its description, has everything you need. Of special importance is the terrace, which is large and with nice views
