Apartamento Capri 1 tiene capacidad de hasta 4 personas con aire acondicionado/calefacción y totalmente insonorizado. Tiene grandes ventanales con vistas al jardín y piscina. Está distribuido en dos estancias con grandes ventanales, donde la luz, juega un papel importante que hace que ambas sean espacios elegantes y acogedores. La primera estancia está compuesta por: - cocina office de diseño con nevera, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, lavadora/secadora y todo el menaje necesario (no incluye condimentos: sal, aceite…) y - salón-comedor con una mesa y cuatro sillas, sofá, televisión y una mesa con dos sillas plegables para la terraza exterior. La segunda estancia está compuesta por: - una habitación con una cama doble, dos camas individuales (en formato litera diseñadas para su uso en caso necesario), armarios para ropa/enseres y un amplio baño de diseño.
