Modest kitchen, Kadibouda, IBC with utility water, fire pit, car access to the property. We will also supply duvets, drinking water, a few homemade eggs for breakfast if needed. There are sheep and taxies running across the creek. Those who aren't looking for, no luxury, but just want to blink away from the hustle and bustle of the city, they're sure to like the Potůčka. Fishing maybe, 10km river Sázava, where there is a spring!

Everything is located on the outskirts of the village of Humenec, which consists of 22 houses, so it is quiet, but at the same time people are close.

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the natural park Jistebnická vrchovina. Previously, there was a farmhouse with only stables and nesting swallows. Around the cottage is a large natural garden that we partially use as an ornate garden. On one side the garden is finished with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other side it passes into an open landscape. A cat lives in the garden and in the house and in the yard of a chicken.

On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.

A new, cozy tiny house near Lešan. (about 20km from Prague) The smell of wood and bees, because our house also includes a beehive. You'll be able to feel the bees with a few senses. Bees, of course, can't get into the house, but you can look directly from the bed through the glass into the hive, how they work and build honeycombs. You'll hear the hum of the hive and also smell the wonderful smell of propolis, wax, and honey. Enjoy the beautiful setting of this romantic place in the heart of nature.

We had a truly wonderful weekend in the beautiful forests of the Czech Republic. The location, just south of Prague, was perfect for scenic hikes and peaceful nature walks. We also spent a day in Prague, which was easy to reach by train – although I’d still recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area. The house itself is an absolute 10 out of 10. The hot tub and terrace quickly became our favorite spots to relax, especially with the stunning view. The interior is modern, beautifully furnished, and the amenities were absolutely perfect – everything we needed was there and thoughtfully prepared. A small note for future guests: the last kilometer leading to the house is a rough gravel path with narrow bushes on both sides. We’d recommend that only confident drivers take the car all the way to the house and park on the property. All in all, this place is a hidden gem and one we would love to return to. Highly recommended! Thanks to Jana & David 🩶

It was just a wonderful week in a beautiful house. We've all felt right at home Our highlight was the sauna and the Jacuzzi. It was like a wellness vacation. 👌🤗 The surroundings were also very nice. Lots of nature and beautiful hiking trails and many big cities can be reached by car in an hour. František was very nice, answered some questions very quickly, the check-in with key box was totally straightforward. Thanks František for your mega house🥹🥹 we will be back.

We spent an extended weekend at Edward's place and loved it! The place is very stylishly furnished, everything fits perfectly together. The vacation home lacks nothing. (From washer + dryer to guest slippers, everything is available) The spa is great for relaxation. We immediately felt at home. Eduard is a great host, he is very friendly and was always available for any questions. A nearby restaurant is a three-minute walk from the house. Thank you for everything and we hope to come back someday!

My friends and I really enjoyed Jan's cabin in the forest. It's really peaceful compared to the city but also near enough to easily get a taxi from the airport. An Uber cost us 1,300 k and took 45 minutes. Balcony is amazing, you feel high up in the tree canopy, almost like you're in a treehouse. There's a firepit with a hotplate to cook on so remember to try and bring some BBQ food before you arrive as the local shop is small. We had such a nice stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Especially to mix up a stay in the city of Prague with some peace and quiet in the countryside.

What a fantastic place! We would highly recommend Renata’s apartment. It was extremely clean, stylish and welcoming. Whether you want somewhere as a base to explore the beautiful Czechian countryside or want to see Prague but not to stay in Prague then this place works. Very peaceful yet accessible by both car and train. Renata and Michael were both very friendly and left us some garden produce. Even the foul weather - it rained the three days we were there - didn’t detract. We were able to watch the river rising from a, thankfully, safe distance.
