Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.

From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Two-minute walk to the bus stop. 10-15 minutes' walk to the city center and supermarket. Amenities include a smart TV, Netflix, vinyl turntable and a bookshelf. If you start reading a book during your stay, you can also take the book with you as a small gift. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Our cozy 3-room accommodation is located in a quiet area in Koblenz Neuendorf in the immediate vicinity of the banks of the Rhine. It is located on the 2nd floor and is well equipped. The banks of the Rhine are about a 2-minute walk away, where there is also free public parking. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach in a 4-minute walk on foot. Near the bus stop: bakery, kebab, pizza, Asian takeout.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Alt Sayn. Sie befindet sich direkt am Waldrand in der Nähe der Burg Sayn und dem Schloss Sayn, sowie der Abtei Sayn. Zudem befindet sich ein Kletterwald, das wunderschöne Brextal und viele Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Sayner Hütte und das bekannte Bendorfer Waldschwimmbad sind etwa 2 km entfernt und gut zu erreichen.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
