The Blue Lacy Cabin - LUXURY HIDEAWAY IN TEXAS

MarkRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Blue Lacy cabin is a hidden treasure. The cabin is beautiful and was comfortable for our family of 3. Blue Lacy offered every amenity we needed. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was furnished comfortably. The view was spectacular. We could see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. One day we watched a thunderstorm move in that brought rain and hail. We enjoyed the Bluebonnets in bloom as well as other wildflowers. We sat on the porch and watched an abundance of butterflies move from flower to flower. Secluded in the quiet countryside but within easy drive to Mason for groceries, BBQ and TexMex. We enjoyed the eclipse from the front yard and the stars with an early morning appearance of the Milky Way. Very dark, an astronomer’s dream. We will be back someday soon
A spacious living area features a blue velvet couch adorned with plaid throw pillows. Natural light streams through large windows, enhancing the warm wood flooring. A rustic coffee table sits on a textured rug, while a wooden bench offers additional seating against the wall.

Cozy country cabin with private hot tub

JasonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very homey environment with modest accoutrements that were plenty for us. We enjoyed watching the neighbors goats. Great spot to bring your dogs. Small village of other rentals but far enough apart to feel private. Close enough to town to go out or grab provisions but far enough to get a little quiet. All around great stay.

Texas Lake Cabin private spa. Pool & kayaks shared

ElizabethRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Judy is a wonderful host! She communicated with us immediately. She showed us all the amenities of the property and the house when we arrived. The house was a cute decorated Texas theme pattern. She thought of everything in the house! Beds were comfortable! The living room had a pool table and a smart TV. The outside sitting area was very peaceful and serene! Lots of chairs to sit on and take in the views! The lake was beautiful as well as the pool! This was a little slice of heaven on Lake Buchanan. I wish we had more time because the area was beautiful, scenic, and relaxing! Thank you to Judy for hosting your home, being responsive, giving food requests, and providing extras on the lake. We hope to return soon!

It was cozy off the grid we never got the tv to work but who cares. The games were fun and it was in the sticks. There were 2 of us an only one wash rag a one hand towel a there was to bath towels. You need to tell people to bring there own water cysteine water is not drinking water ok to bath an brush teeth. Had a great 2 night stay. I did not go hiking account of to much cactus about. Wife said a little to far off the grid for her. Took me a little while to work out the lights and never got the front yard to turn off. Enjoyed it all thanks.

Family Friendly Cabin w/ Pool and Pickleball!

TaylorRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This cozy little cabin was everything we were hoping for and more! Adorably decorated and situated in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Our family lived enjoying our morning coffee and tea on the front porch while we watched for deer and birds of all kinds! What makes this stay a real treasure is Drew's hospitality - he was so communicative and provided great insight into the home and the area. We felt like we were staying at a family cabin! We will definitely be coming back!

This small rental is just for the person that is looking for a quiet, restful retreat. It had a very inviting patio on the back an old simple front entry, you couldn't help but want to stay longer. A-framed waterfront cabin, close to Spider Mtn

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house is very spacious. The lake is low but you walk down the stairs to the water. The house was very well stocked and the air conditioner works great. A 20 minute drive to Burnet. Plenty of dining establishments, antique shops and HEB for groceries. Overall we had a great stay and if you like the water, this is a good place to vacation. I do recommend taking the Vanishing Texas River Cruise. The guide is very knowledgeable on the area.

Cozy River Cabin in Bend, TX

ShuntaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My wife and I stayed for the weekend and we had an enjoyable time in this house. Everything was nice, clean, and cozy with the front porch overlooking the Colorado River, mornings and evenings are amazing. We enjoyed walks down to the river, meals on the porch, and a hike in the Colorado Bend State Park. During your stay, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the Burger Joint down the road called The Bend General Store. I recommend "The Avocado Burger Special" that will knock a hunger pain in the dirt. I will recommend to friends and family.
The entrance features a wooden deck with a stepped ramp leading to the door. A welcoming sunflower wreath adorns the door, and a green light fixture is mounted above. A wicker chair is positioned on the deck, surrounded by grassy ground.

The Lime Cottage

KelleyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Lime House was just what we needed. It was cozy and filled with extras. Jana had supplied with thoughtful extras and was alway avaliable if we had any questions or needed anything more. A very clean house and grounds. The outdoor areas were lovely and whimsical with an old clawfoot tub out doors for a summer cool dip. Would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. A perfect small cottage getaway for two!
