Cabin vacation rentals in Benbrook

It was very private and cozy, and the hot tub was amazing. It was also in the perfect location to go to either Granbury or Glen Rose.

If your looking for and excluded get away with plenty of privacy but near the lake this is the best place to kick back and hang out. The host were very accommodating and took care of all our needs you should definitely check it out!! 🙂

What a beautiful little hideaway on Granbury Lake! Clean and pristine! I LOVE the decor! It was adorable and so well put together! The beds were WONDERFUL! SUPER comfy!! So much that I had to ask where she got them so I could get one myself! Loved the soaking tub as well as the hot tub. The view of the lake is wonderful—really adds to the peaceful setting. The fire pit was a fun way to end the day. We enjoyed our meals on the deck, though you might want to bring some bug repellent and citronella candles or torches to repel bugs and mosquitoes, as you’re at the lake with lots of typical wildlife and water around you. It’s also close to the town square as well as groceries. We personally had Amazon and Walmart deliver groceries and other items. I honestly was impressed how quickly aforos got back to us when we had questions—even late at night—I kind of felt bad for her to be so on call all the time—she is really devoted to making sure your stay is wonderful! I look forward to next time!

Cute little place! It had the privacy we were looking for. We didn’t see a soul during our 3 day stay. The place felt extremely comfy and well laid out. The amenities were of quality and well thought out. I especially appreciated the quality coffee maker. The host was awesome and super responsive.

My husband and I had an amazing stay! Check-in was a seamless process and Jan was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The cabin is tastefully decorated, perfectly placed among trees and next to a flowing creek. We enjoyed hiking at Eagle Mountain Park (a quick drive away) and dinner in downtown Fort Worth. We both highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Ft Worth area.

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

5 stars! What an amazing and beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery. There was always something to do — from fishing to exploring the grounds, we never ran out of ways to relax and enjoy our time. My son fell in love with fishing here — it quickly became the highlight of his trip! One of our favorite daily rituals was feeding animal crackers to the sweetest donkey, Hank. We also loved spending time with the friendly dogs, Lucky and Scout — their company made the stay feel even more like home. Davis was an exceptional host — kind, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can truly tell he puts his heart into this place. We were genuinely sad to leave, but we’ll absolutely be booking again. This property is a hidden gem and already holds a special place in our hearts.

Kathy is a great host! She is very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. The place is also very unique. Love the atmosphere!

Beautiful scenery and convenient to town and stores. The animals are amazing! Cozy , peaceful, and secluded! Amazing week away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Cute little place. Our first stay in a tiny home and it was a neat experience. It was peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. I loved the books that were available in the cabin, they were just perfect. The town was adorable.

The home was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and in a beautiful and convenient area! Being able to use the dock for our to fish off of was an excellent bonus!! Host was friendly!! We are a family of 5 and the home fit us just right!!

We had a wonderful family weekend getaway. We loved the location, it was minutes to town and shopping and yet rural enough to be peaceful and secluded. Our cabin was just as described. Our furbabies enjoyed the fenced yard too. Thank you, Andrea!

This is a wonderful stay! I love all the work Michelle and her husband did to make this place special! Definitely recommend a stay at her place! Very very convenient to a winery and to town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s place the tiny home experience was great it may be small but it felt so roomy Very clean and well equipped our fur babies loved it as well It was very cold outside and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay everything was nice and clean. Owners were very nice and accommodating

We had booked a rental on August 18th to another cabin in the area for 8/31/24 - 9/4/24 and was extremely looking forward to leaving for our get away. The day before we were to leave, we get a call from airbnb to cancel due to HVAC being faulty. Due to holiday weekend, wasn't counting on being able to find something available this late, however, after deep prayer, God led us to Carolyn's place & this was exactly where God meant us to be. It was sooo peaceful, quiet & we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The cabin was fully furnished with just about everything we needed. We had to make a run to Walmart to pick up some wash cloths as we only found towels for bathing/showering. We picked up some hand soap & luckily we brought dish cloths & t-towles for the kitchen to use since we couldn't find any there. It had a dish washer, but for just 2 of us, we hand washed all our dishes. Had complete privacy, so unfortunately, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Carolyn.

Cara was a very gracious host. Loved the peaceful setting. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the front porch listening to the neighborhood chickens. Also the beautiful evenings watching the moon rise. Definitely recommend.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Slow Your Roll and we can’t wait to come back. It’s pretty far out in the country and that makes it quiet and beautiful. This time we had a little rabbit visit us outside! We love taking walks down the dirt roads. It’s a peaceful retreat but in a cabin that has everything you need…several big TVs with DirecTV, full kitchen and two bedrooms with King Sized beds and full bathrooms. Plus it’s always immaculately clean!

The Lake level was the only negative thing on the trip and that is out of anyone's control.

I felt very much at home. The host were so very friendly, helpful and showed hospitality. The friendly horses and donkeys were a bonus. Very peaceful and relaxing experience. Will book again.
