The stay was extremely amazing with great views. North and south goa are equidistant, so making itinerary was not a headache. Very good eateries nearby and all the food delivery and instant delivery apps deliver to this location. Highly recommend this stay!!

Marlon's place offers peace and tranquility. All the touristy spots are accessible if you have a vehicle. Special shout-out to Marta, who really made sure we were doing fine. We were extremely pleased with the privacy and beauty this place offered

We had 2 days stay at this location, next to holiday inn candolim, The area is quite and peacful. The property was as per the picture. I and my partner had great time. The caretaker was helpful😊.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, the management staff made everything seamless — they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and professional. The property itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The view was stunning and truly completed the whole experience, matching every expectation perfectly. There were a few very minor issues, but the host was quick to respond and had them resolved almost immediately, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, everything was perfect — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

Our stay at Tarvinders place happened to be one of the best in my Goa trip and most cherishable aswell. Property is just 5-10 mins from Airport, gives a seaview aswell. Daily needs shop is just 2 mins walking (offcourse there's Blinket but still) and this location holds some of the good dinning beachside restaurants near Bog-mallo beach. Property was all neat, clean and felt hygienic. They had all the utensils that were required in Kitchen for a family. To my surprise they also had Lactose free milk already kept as an add-on (consumable item)… I guess only Lactose intolerant guys can understand the value and my happiness on this add-on gesture 🙂 Mrs Singh was extremely helpful and caring, and was even kind enough to share some consumable which I urgently required for my small kid (though the shop was just 2 mins away). So that surely shows how understanding the host was! One the very first day or rather the very moment I entered the property I had thanked my decesion!

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

The place is amazing, at the centre of almost all locations in South Goa, serene and full of peace.. it’s worth the amount we paid and most importantly very clean and tidy.. The host Urmila is an amazing personality and she promptly helps, responds and cares for her guests.. She was very welcoming when we arrived and helped us with local transportation information and her house help and caretaker helped us during our stay and made our trip memorable and smooth… Thank you Urmila😃

Lovely place near the Betul beach. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The property faces Sal river and you can see the fishing boats moving around. There is sitting area on the balcony to sit and chill. The amenities provided makes you feel at home. Nima, our caretaker, was extremely cooperative and helpful. He made sure that the place is ready and upto date for us to live comfortably. Enough open space to play gully cricket 😅

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.

Behzaad is an absolute legend! The home was tastefully decorated. Staff were super helpful. All queries were instantly answered. Since we landed right before the cyclone, we spent most of our time indoors. But there was enough to do within the place. Behzaad has been a wonderful host. He provided Crisp n clear instructions right from start to finish. Concise recommendations from taxi to food options. We’re definitely looking forward to visit again. Thanks B
