I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

The homestay is beautiful and cosy. It has a large and well maintained pool…It is 5 mins walk to the happening street of Candolim Beach yet tucked away in privacy and peace. Definitely a very good deal at this price range along with breakfast. Smart TV in all rooms, quality toiletries and well maintained regularly. They also had a night manager at the property along with caretaker… As good or better than the pictures…. Meals at additional cost but tasty.

We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Home away from Home Clint’s place offers a serene and peaceful experience. The apartment is very spacious, accurately displayed in photos and beautifully laid out. We felt welcomed and comfortable with support staff available round the clock for help. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of north goa then this is an apt choice for slow travellers. The location also offers cleaner and accessible beaches with the best sunsets. Would recommend hiring a car or two wheeler in advance before your arrival.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Loved our stay

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

the stay in Roy place is really awesome it is very near to beach just 2 minutes walk from the beach moreover Roy is very helpful one time I miss the key his daughter came with the duplicate key to open the door that much helpful they are I really recommend this property for everybody who is looking near the beach moreover Roy is very responsive if you call anytime he will respond and apartment is clean and moreover it is affordable price those are looking for budget friendly apartment I really recommend this one it is just 5 minutes walk from the beach it is completely peaceful apartment The Neighbours are also very cooperative moreover I am giving 5 star rating

Firstly would like to appreciate Rohit on being a wonderful Host. Amazing location as everything was just a stone throw away. It's walkable distance to Colva beach and since I'm familiar with the place just felt like home away from home. The place is spotless and as shown in the pics. Even though it poured and we couldn't step out for a day we enjoyed the peaceful and serene location by staying indoors. The place is Swiggy and Zomato serviceable so no worries. Rohit deserves many more stars 🤩 just 5 isn't enough for his proactive and helpful nature and the way he has maintained the property. Lastly on behalf of our family we are thankful for meeting you in person as the praises for this abode will go on and on. I always recommend great places to friends and family. The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

This is the second time I have rented here and it won’t be the last. Excellent location and superb hosts.

Booked the apartment at the last minute , 10 mins before the actual check-in. He was responsive and worked rapid fast to set the room up. He fulfilled all the additional requests and was very responsive. Place is near the Beach and had great experiance.

Absolutely loved the place! It's the perfect spot for a getaway vacation, being well-maintained and relaxing. The stay was comfortable and we had a lovely experience with the added privacy to it. Abhishek as a host was very friendly and helpful as well!

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are very spacious and we absolutely loved staying here. It is also very near to the beach and main road.

Lisa was such a great host.she responded quickly to our needs. even got our place ready before hand. Place was nice and comfortable everything was there, situated close to the market.And yes Elevator was there to get in . I was so relieved to see ,was helpful to carry our luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at Amit's place. He was responsive to all my queries, and even adjusted the check-in time for us to feel comfortable. The house is in a great location at Colva, the beach is only 5 minutes drive from the listing. The kitchen was well-equipped and enabled us to cook some meals during our 4 nights stay there. Highly recommend this to fellow travelers. Would love to stay again on our next trip.
