I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Hands down one of the best (if not the best) AirBnb we ever stayed at. The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is a great added value. The neighbourhood is peaceful and located within a few minutes from very nice restaurants and other key attractions in the city. The host gave us a few recommendations for restaurants and those that we tried were fantastic. Our stay would have not been the same without the two awesome caretakers Lalchan and Rajmala. They took very good care of us and made us feel like at home. We can’t wait to go back to Goa and stay again at this property. Thank you for the awesome experience.

We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

the stay in Roy place is really awesome it is very near to beach just 2 minutes walk from the beach moreover Roy is very helpful one time I miss the key his daughter came with the duplicate key to open the door that much helpful they are I really recommend this property for everybody who is looking near the beach moreover Roy is very responsive if you call anytime he will respond and apartment is clean and moreover it is affordable price those are looking for budget friendly apartment I really recommend this one it is just 5 minutes walk from the beach it is completely peaceful apartment The Neighbours are also very cooperative moreover I am giving 5 star rating

Neat and comfortable home with easy accessible to beach and other shops. The instructions were very clear and Mr Rohit gave the contact numbers for rent a vehicle which was very helpful. Kitchen is having kettle pop up toaster fridge and Microwave with essential utensils. We can stay here with homely feeling. Had a nice stay. The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

This is the second time I have rented here and it won’t be the last. Excellent location and superb hosts.

Booked the apartment at the last minute , 10 mins before the actual check-in. He was responsive and worked rapid fast to set the room up. He fulfilled all the additional requests and was very responsive. Place is near the Beach and had great experiance.

The Villa is the best deal you can ever get in the South. Its pretty close to the railway station all the guidance is provided by the owner very well. The moment you reach there the Care Taker is the best deal you get in this purchase believe me or not. His name is Sultan. He is at his foot, You need help with any issue even late in the night he will be there. He is the cherry on the cake. Make sure to book this property if visiting the south.
