Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bến Thành

Gabriel and Justin are great hosts who were accomodating and were very responsive from the time we booked, until we checked out. We booked two flats (2703/2907) that were very clean, well furnished and were peaceful (no noise from neighbors or from outside). The location is fantastic, there's cafe downstairs, a 7/11 100m around the corner, local eateries all around, and you can walk to Bui Vien. If you want to go to Saigon Center it's a 7 min cab ride, or CBD (fancy area) it's only about 10 mins. Definitely recommend if you want a safe, clean and easy to access apartment(s) in District 1! The place is exactly as shown in the profile, the place is just of the main road therefore no traffic sounds at night. We stayed there for two nights we checked in early morning at 1:30 AM, Mr Dan helped us with our luggage. He was very cheerful and very attentive responded within few minutes .

was pleasently surprised with our stay at Julie's place. it was super nice has a rooftop pool and gym. Suites us well. having a washer and dryer is fantastic as well when you've been travelling for a a bit and have some washing to do.

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This was my favourite place I stayed in HCM and the location is incredible. the rooms clean and have everything you need. Will stay here again in future

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and felt like home. We especially liked the building itself having access to the gym, pool, and play areas was a big bonus. District 4 turned out to be a great spot, just a few minutes to District 1 but way less hectic. It was easy to grab food or drinks nearby, and the area felt safe and quiet in the evenings. Tony and Bella were great hosts and made everything super easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

It was a clean room and a good place to stay alone. I was very satisfied except for the inconvenience of having to go up to the 3rd floor and the hassle of having to use the narrow stairs and the shared washing machine. The host was also kind. It was so nice.

This is nice place, clean, comfortable, perfect location access. I would definately comeback for my next visit Ho Chi Minh City.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, so I'm planning to stay again. ^^
