What a wonderful location!!! Super convenient, didn’t need a car to move around. All restaurants and attractions nearby. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Super quiet at night. The apartment is spacious, clean and plenty of sun enters all the rooms. Garage spot available and easily accessible. Security on site 24/7. My favorite part of staying here was the early walks and workout at the park. Will definitely stay there again when available.

We stayed 11 days and it was a pleasure, the apartment was above our expectations and in a secure residence it is a pleasure for parents and children with the beautiful pool and the staff of incredible kindness. Her ocean vacation remains a very fond memory, Bouznika is a city in full expansion. Small wink to Nabil who welcomed us warmly with kindness and lots of advice. Great apartment. The residence is located directly on the seafront. The residence is very nice with two swimming pools, clean and safe. 24-hour security personnel on site. Mouad is a wonderful and very kind person.

We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront apartment! It's absolutely magnificent and has all the necessary equipment to feel right at home. The only point to improve, in our opinion, concerns the check-in and check-out times. Arriving after 3 PM and departing before 11 AM would be more comfortable than the current times (4 PM and 10 AM).

Great host, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We stayed with our family, and the apartment was beautifully furnished, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The large pool was a real highlight our son had so much fun swimming and playing there every day. The host was always available, very friendly, and extremely helpful whenever we needed something. We felt completely at home and didn’t miss a thing – everything we needed was already there. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere!

I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. Silent and calm location , no noise from the motorway. Fantastic view and very comfortable terrace although you have to move the table and stools from the living room Low pressure of the water. Some adjustments to the kitchen equipment supply are necessary - already taken care by the owner. General good point fro which you can visit Rabat and Casablanca. Nice and calm stay.

Ideally located apartment, right across from the sea, with a beautiful view from the moment you wake up. Very clean, well-appointed and as advertised. The location is perfect to relax and enjoy the quiet. Responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. I was looking for a few days to rest and recharge and this sunroom was PERFECT. The aesthetic was calm, proximity to the beach was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. I’d recommend this place to my friends!
