*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

Our comfortable unit is walking distance to North Shore destinations--Acrisure, PNC, Stage AE, Science Center, Aviary. The Roxian a short drive. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. The subway a 10 minute walk and free to downtown and PPG Paints Arena. There's a TV, AC unit and Keurig. Provided fresh towels and toiletries. Manchester is minutes from freeways in ALL directions and just off the Great Allegheny Passage. Abundant free parking in historic Victorian district.

Avalon Heights Rustic Home

This quaint rustic home is less than 15 minutes from the city in a quiet semi rural/suburban neighborhood. Free parking on the driveway. Exercise caution when leaving the driveway, neighbors park across the street. Both highways - 279 and 65 are easily accessible providing for easy transport to anywhere around the city of Pittsburgh. This is my primary residence so please treat it as your own. The property is completely private during your stay! Locked doors are not to be tampered with or used.

The Dandy Andy Warhol

This large 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied 1925 Arts & Crafts building, is an ode to Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol. There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). The apartment is within strolling distance of many restaurants and shops.
