A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, a high chair, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs. High speed wifi powers your devices as well as the 5 smart TV's that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The Office and HBO Max. A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons. This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji! Our guests love the convenience of this rare home as it is 2 miles from downtown Bemidji, 1/2 mile from the Sanford Center, 1/2 mile from boat access to Lake Bemidji, and within easy walking distance to a beautiful park.
