Our loft is located in a beautiful and landscaped residential neighborhood of townhouses. It has all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, stores of all kinds that are less than 5 minutes walk. The subway is a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. It is also close to Barajas airport, hospitals, public schools and the Autónoma and Comillas universities making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.

Loft with lots of light to enjoy the tranquility and pleasant views 15 minutes from Plaza de Castilla de Madrid. Private covered parking. Pool and gym 3 minutes walk. At least 15kkms to the airport. 3 minute drive to "Alegra" mall with the best outlet stores, Decathlon, Nike and restaurants. Fully equipped, fiber optic wifi. Great for couples, tourism, or business trips. It's better to go by car.

David's studio with its own bathroom is excellent. Extremely clean, it has a good fan, the bed is comfortable, it has its own bathroom and access to a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a nice park to walk and go out to look for food and have a beer at night. It is close to a subway station and 20 minutes from downtown. It's a place to rest that you want to return to on a future visit.
