You enter through the left door. After a flight of stairs to the first floor, you will see a bright living room, a full kitchen with very large windows facing the park across the street, and a full bathroom. Next to it, you will find a very bright room with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. Going up another flight of stairs, you will find the second living room with a terrace and another double room with a double bed and its full bathroom. From that entrance hall, each apartment is accessed through a private door. There is a ground floor with a direct entrance and a duplex penthouse, which must be accessed after a flight of stairs. The apartment is a penthouse duplex located on the first floor of the building, which does not have an elevator. To access it, there are stairs with 12 steps to go up from the ground floor (entrance hall) to the first floor, where there are two bathrooms, a living room, and a bedroom. Additionally, since it's a duplex, it has other stairs with 12 steps to go up from the first floor to the second floor, where there's an additional bathroom, another living room, another bedroom, and a terrace. Therefore, this apartment is not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
