I recommend this place to them. The apartment is very nice and has a 100% decoration. Sergio and Ivan are super friendly, you will fall in love with them, in my opinion you will not be disappointed with them and with the place, which is superbly located, you are a few meters from the baraja station and by subway you can access everything. Highly recommended.

Second time we chose it for my in-laws and we would really book it again. The hosts are very friendly, attentive, making sure everything goes well. The apartment is super comfortable, it is very well equipped, superior cleanliness and quality details everywhere. It is a few minutes' walk to a shopping mall, Ikea, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with the apartment. Very nice and super well kept. Nothing was missing. Very quiet. To mention one drawback, but I'm too lazy😂. The bathroom was upstairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, great. I recommend it.

Staying at Carlos's apartment was great! He waited for our arrival, accommodated us and showed us everything we could enjoy in the apartment. Very good amenities and recommendations. The location is fantastic, although there's a constant flow of people, the fact that the apartment is internal allowed us to rest without noise. 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol, a full area of places to eat and shop.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

I can’t say enough about this perfect apartment in a perfect city! We loved the space for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was super clean and the host was so sweet and helpful and nice! The building is so convenient with everything readily available! When we arrived, we found a lady in the apartment who was cleaning the apartment, too nice and kind. She cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom, everything smelled good. We really enjoyed the host, he was clear in everything and was really very active in managing everything. I would really recommend it to everyone! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

A wonderful stay in this house located on a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two apartments, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The surroundings are very beautiful, full of nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made bed and very comfortable pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It's very nice, we highly recommend it.
