We are a quick 5 minute ride to the North Augusta Greenway trail. This is a beautiful 12 mile paved walkway. 8 minutes to charming downtown!

Charles Hammond House Cottage

Welcome to the Charles Hammond House Cottage. This structure is as old as the main house, dating back to the 18th century. It has been thoughtfully renovated with the intention of giving you modern day amenities wrapped in the nostalgia of being wrapped in a rural cabin during the 18th century. The hand-hewn beams have been preserved and left open for display in living room space. You can still see the axe mark strikes of the colonial era carpenters shaping trees not building materials.
