Lovely flat in a quiet location while also being super close to town. We had a fantastic stay!

The accommodation is located right in front of the train station and bus stop, and the interior facilities such as the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, and there is a washing machine and a balcony, so it was good to dry after washing. In particular, the host, Lucie, came out to meet us in front of the accommodation and kindly explained how to enter the accommodation and how to use the facilities.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

The house is confortable, the spaces were clean and everything was as described. The design of the house is modern and with enough technology involved to get you confort. Mathieu is a very nice host, very communicative and I think he made his job in the best way. We found help when needed also from the population! We found only nice and gentle people. Maybe remember to have cash with you because someone don't make you pay by card (anyway is full of banks). The only thing i have to underline is that lights of the street are turned off after midnight and you're gonna be very careful if for any reason you're not at home because you're not far from the main streets. I guess the only negative thing cannot be controlled by this host so I reccomend you this house and this visit! I may also come back next time!

One of the best reservations I've ever made. Jean Luc is very kind (the meal available on site is a plus and the products offered are very good quality). Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

Warm welcome by Florence, quickly available for questions. You quickly feel at home in the beautiful lodge in which everything is present, even up to (bar) mixer! Luxury laundry room with washer and dryer. Extensive set of garden furniture. Thick white hotel bath towels and beds with wonderful mattresses. Roller shutters, and car can be in indoor garage. Great lodge! Florence also took the time to say goodbye to us the night before departure. Very friendly. In short: recommended!

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, salt... Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes smoothly during the stay. My kids loved the garden and all the entertainment amenities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascent is not enough to do all the visits because it is so beautiful. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place and location, attentive and responsive host. I would definitely get back although the music coming from the club located in the basement of the building could be annoying at night.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
