You will appreciate the calm of the place and the proximity to the unique villages of the Alpilles: Maussane, Saint Rémy, Les Baux de Provence are a 10-minute drive away.

120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

L'appartement se situe à Bellegarde, entre Nîmes et Arles. Vous vous trouverez à mi chemin entre Mer et Rivière, entouré des Costières de Nîmes. En rez de Jardin de notre villa au bout d'une impasse privée, dans un lotissement calme, vous pourrez venir vous détendre le temps d'une nuit, d'un weekend ou d'une semaine. La gare TGV Nîmes Pont du Gard et L'aéroport Nîmes Grande Provence sont à 15 minutes. Une boîte à clef est mise en place pour une arrivée discrète et autonome.

Dependency of a 17th century Provençal farmhouse, olive oil production farm.
