We had a pleasant stay in this authentic, clean and located house in a quiet environment. We really enjoyed the pool, barbecue area, patio and oranges and lemons from the garden. Thank you Maria for your responsiveness, your good addresses and kindness.

Manuel's house is a spacious and welcoming estate highly recommended for large families. The beds are very comfortable, the house is spacious, unbeatable cleanliness, the kitchen and rooms are very well equipped,the gardens are nice and it is in a very quiet area a short time by car from Seville. In addition, Manuel is attentive to anything you need and responds instantly at any time of day. Very good experience. Undoubtedly the best place to disconnect from the routine and create memorable memories! ❤️🌸

Host is very nice and always available. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you need. It only takes 15 minutes by bus to get to the center of Seville. We had a great time at this place.

Highly recommended beautiful place to stay in the outskirts of Seville at a throw away from the city centre! We loved the style and decoration of Inge's guest house. She was super polite during a tough personal circumstances she was going through the same week, despite of the difficulties she was very flexible and understanding of our needs and went the extra mile to help at all times facilitating a lovely stay with my family in Seville. To highlight the wonderful and clean salted-water swimming pool and gardens. Also the high ceilings interiors with fully functional A/C were most welcome and made our stay super special. As described in the listing! Somewhat complicated access with a dirt road, but a location at a reasonable distance from downtown Seville. Teye is great, kind, flexible and always attentive. We'll be back!!

We arrived late at Santy's home but we there was a warm welcome waiting for us. Santy took the time to explain everything to us and give us tips. The house has a great location good for relaxing and the drive to Seville is only 15 minutes, supermarkets are also 10-15 minutes drive. There is a bar/cafe near the house in the small park that makes good food as well. All in all a good experience!

the house proposed by Linda is great, everything is there. Comfort, accessibility, easy parking, small shops, amenities, pool, tastefully decorated. We will come back in hesitation and I do it again with my eyes closed!

A home in a very quiet area,quite spacious, nice classic decoration, very spacious garden and pool too and ,everything is very complete, it does not lack detail .

Lovely villa, in a small gated community South-East of Seville, close to Utrera. 6 large bedrooms with a variety of beds. Spacious lounge, which we hardly used as there are lots of covered seating areas outside. The pool was nice to cool off and big enough to swim in. Nice bbq which got lots of use.

We are very much satisfied with the stay. The owner is very kind and helpful. The location is great - only 20 min driving to Sevilla. For those who like to stay in a house on the fresh air. The house has everything for living. Big kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook. The barbecue is available as well. Lemon tree with amazing fresh lemons is in the garden.

The house was very nice and with good weather I think you can enjoy it a lot. The host was very helpful with everything, we were very happy.

We had a wonderful stay here for a family celebration! There were 12 of us - 8 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space in this beautiful house. Huge thanks to Fatima for greeting us and for all the local advice, and to Hernan and his wife for being so friendly and for the absolutely amazing meal that they cooked for us one of the nights! The pool was lovely, very clean. The surroundings are beautiful - we watched the oranges getting more orange the week we were there, and we wandered around the area and met the local horses - all accompanied by Lucky who is the sweetest dog. Seville is not a long drive - about 25 mins, and it is uncomplicated to get there. We booked parking online in the city centre so we knew exactly where to go! We visited Seville three times during the week to see the sites. Isla Magica was good fun for a day trip for children (and adults!) It was an easy drive from Seville airport too! Overall we had an amazing time and would love to return!

Nice break from the city and the pool was relaxing on nice days. Very responsive host, had to take the train anytime we wanted to go to the city but the quiet was worth it.

Beautiful home and perfect set up for our weekend in Seville. Lovely peaceful neighbourhood which was perfectly positioned for getting taxis into Seville and also lots of supermarkets nearby. The house was really well equipped and even more impressive in person than the photos suggest. We especially appreciated the outdoor terrace area for breakfast and lunch whilst enjoying the pool. Would return without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone considering staying here! Thank you for having us 😊

Very good space, with excellent access and everything very well organized and clean. The exterior is beautiful and well-maintained, ideal for relaxing. The pool is fantastic, perfect for enjoying the hot days. I highly recommend it!

Quico was very attentive throughout, a fantastic host. The home is great and has everything you need for a group/family holiday. Alcalá de Guadaíra is a short drive from Seville so would recommend hiring a car if you plan on visiting frequently. However Alcalá de Guadaíra is a great little town itself, you can easily spend a couple of days there too. We’ll definitely consider staying here again.

A lovely quiet house to come back to after a day sightseeing in Seville. Big outdoor space with plenty of seating areas for relaxing with friends, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a large Supermarket a short walk away. Bring mosquito spray!

we have had the most wonderful 11 days in Martas house, we wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely like to return. The house was perfect for our family and dog friendly. our dog was very happy here. everywhere was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities you could need, in a great location, and had a lovely pool. the supermarket 2 mins away was amazing and all we needed, we had fish almost every day and great fillet steak. marta was an amazing host, very attentive and helpful and made the whole process very easy, as this was our first time in an air b&b. margos cafe in montequinto is lovely and we had day trips to seville and Jerez for sherry tasting. a truly fabulous holiday.

What a fantastically spacious house with lots of privacy! Good communication with the host! The parents live in another house next to the holiday home. Reception by the parents very pleasant and friendly. House very spacious and clean. Photos and description all match. Swimming pool is large and is in a nice garden. Plenty of seats and sun beds. The beds in the house are comfortable. Screens everywhere in front of the windows against insects. The airconditioners in every room are doing very well! Spacious kitchen with sufficient cooking utensils and cutlery, etc. Also herbs, coffee, detergent, etc.! 20 minutes drive to the heart of downtown Seville. Parking in the city is easy to do. We always parked in garage Roma in the middle of the city center. For 6 hours we paid about 16 euros. Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Communication with the host during our stay also went well! We recommend this house!!
