Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bellaria

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il GP di Imola e siamo stati benissimo! La zona è centrale e molto tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere Imola. La casa è bellissima, come da descrizione! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato uno spumantino per brindare, un gesto molto apprezzato! L'host è stata molto disponibile ed è stato un piacere conoscerla prima della partenza per fare due chiacchiere. Se ci fosse l'occasione in futuro, ritorneremo sicuramente!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Lucia und Denis waren seit der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns bereitwillig alle fragen geduldig beantwortet. Bei unsere Ankunft, in Ihrem Haus bei Cesena, wurden wir herzlich von Lucia empfangen. Sie hat uns in aller Ausführlichkeit alles erklärt und hatte sogar zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt.Auch ein paar Hörnchen zum Morgen Kaffee hat man uns gerichtet. Das Haus selbst überzeugt durch sein überragendes Platzangebot, seiner sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, ein sehr schönes helles Badezimmer, der beiden Schlafzimmer (beide mit Klimaanlage) eines sogar mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und der sehr großen Terrasse um das gesamte Haus. Für eine Familie mit 4 Personen also völlig ausreichend. Lucia und Denis haben sich dann Abends gemeinsam persönlich vorgestellt. Beide sind wirklich sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und standen jederzeit hilfreich parat. Für UNS steht fest, WIR kommen wieder !

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Thank you Marianna!

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Appartamento carino e confortevole a pochi passi dal mare. Ho apprezzato tantissimo i piccoli dettagli che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole: stendino con mollette, detersivi vari, olio sale e pepe in dispensa, cambio asciugamani a metà del soggiorno (cose assolutamente non scontate nelle altre case in cui ho soggiornato). Questi accorgimenti dimostrano attenzione verso il cliente e fanno la differenza. Speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo!

Die Fotos sprechen für sich. Das Apartment bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick auf Rimini und die Adriaküste. Verucchio ist ein sehr attraktiver Ort für Touristen und Rennradfahrer. Das Apartment ist angenehm geräumig, wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht genossen. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung, lediglich Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. könnte noch etwas besser sein, aber wir kamen zurecht.

Alloggio in zona pedonale, comunque grazie alle indicazioni dell'host Elisa, abbiamo scaricato i bagagli proprio dietro casa e la fortuna vuole che c'era un parcheggio libero dove ho lasciato l'auto per tutto il soggiorno ma altrimenti c'è un grande parcheggio poco lontano. L'appartamento si trova praticamente in spiaggia, giusto l'attraversamento della strada e di è subito dal bagnino (bagni Mario) anche qui ci siamo trovati molto bene. Quindi per me esperienza più che positiva. Grazie Elisa!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Stefania was an incredibly gracious host! The playful decor mixed with the historical architecture was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. The location was walkable for all of the locations that we wanted to visit in Ravenna, and we would love to visit this beautiful city and Stefania’s beautiful home again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’idromassaggio in giardino una coccola gradita. Essendo all’ottavo mese di gravidanza non tutti i giorni siamo andati in spiaggia, che comunque dista solo 10 minuti a piedi. Essere in mezzo alla natura è stato rilassante. La stanza comoda, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ci torneremo ancora. Lorena ha sempre risposto in tempi brevi ed è sempre stata gentile.

Questo appartamento è un gioiellino, circondato da un giardino stupendo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno stancante. Letizia è stata molto disponibile, veloce nelle risposte ed efficiente! Il meglio che possiate trovare a Rimini !

Esperienza decisamente positiva. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Un piccolo gioiello. Tutto molto curato, dall'arredamento al corredo al terrazzino. Zona tranquilla, mare vicinissimo. Zona pedonale poco distante. Attilio persona disponibile e cordialissima.

Tutto perfetto, alloggio pulito e confortevole. La Sigora Mirna è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Mi sono sentita come a casa. Raffaella e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili! Tornerò sicuramente. Mi ha colpito anche quanto fosse ben fornita la cucina. Ho molte allergie e intolleranze e quando viaggio cerco sempre un alloggio con cucina per non dover mangiare fuori. Nonostante gli host indichino la presenza di utensili e sale/olio/ecc, mi è capitato tante volte che non fosse vero. La cucina di Raffaella invece era fornita di tutto il necessario e oltre!

Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber Claudio sehr freundlich empfangen. Er hat uns die Wohnung und die Umgebung gut erklärt. Einige Esswaren hat er uns bei der Ankunft bereit gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und angenehm. Wir durften die Fahrräder benutzen, somit war sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch der Strand rasch erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
