House vacation rentals in Bellaria

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally received, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

We and my parents had a wonderful vacation in the accommodation "Menta" and "Basalico". The contact with Adriana was very straightforward and friendly. A perfect hostess :) The bungalows are super modern and equipped with everything you need. A highlight was of course the pool. The children loved it. In addition, there is a slightly larger pool in the complex, which can be used by all guests. In addition, the accommodation is perfect for trips to the beach, for example in Fano, which despite the Pentecost holidays was not heavily visited and the surrounding cities are suitable. Based on the tip in a previous review, we also visited the Ristorante "La Greppia". Super delicious and beautiful. One more note on the directions: It is basically very easy to reach with any car. Be careful only in the last meters of the drive, as there is the possibility of hitting something with lower cars. We really had a wonderful time!

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Perfect place to rest after a busy day on the racetrack! Calm, peaceful and adorable host! Must recommend!

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is well equipped. You feel right at home!! The accommodation is very central, you can easily get everywhere on foot. We loved it and were grateful to have Stefano as a host! Glad to come back!!

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Clean tidy and peaceful studio, well-equipped and close to the centre of Ravenna. Lots of suggestions and information available.

Alighieri Loft was a terrific surprise in Ravenna City Center. Close by to all the historical attractions and best restaurants but also very quite and cam along the night. The house is very clean and you have all you need. Francesco is a great host: very responsive and proactive. We will come back in this loft next time we will be visiting this amazing city.

Giovanna's house is very suitable if you want to discover the area of Rimini - but not live directly on the beach. You are quickly on the highway, but still live in a relatively quiet place. There is a nice village center with cafe and ice cream parlor - and in the neighboring town of Cattolica about 5 minutes away great supermarkets. The house has obviously been completely renovated only recently - and therefore very modern and stylishly furnished. Everything you could ever need is available - so you don't have to carry the entire household with you. The contact with Giovanna was direct, friendly and smooth, you get clear and clear instructions in advance, everything is as described. After a few days, we left with the feeling that we had made the right decision. If the opportunity arises we will be very happy to come again.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We were in Mondaino for the Motomondiale di Misono, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

A beautiful home in Cesenatico. Myself and 5 friends stayed there very comfortably for 2 nights. The espresso machine was stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station or city center. Lovely all around!

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

A beautiful apartment inside the walls of Gradara. A charming location and a lot of tranquility but with the possibility of having good food and really beautiful views at your fingertips. And the sea is less than 10 minutes away by car. An experience to do. Thanks Davide
