What a cozy peaceful apartment, very clean modern build with a few simple country decor items. Very peaceful and private for a little weekend getaway, a quiet peaceful remote work trip, or a stop on a road trip. Easu climate control, good Wi-Fi, plenty of blankets and kitchen items.

Was there for work on Camp Lejeune. Great location, close to base. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Brianna is very responsive and proactive in communicating. Would stay here again if available on future projects.

Wonderful stay, very peaceful

The space is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area, yet close enough by the downtown. There is plenty to do. We were in town for a high school graduation. I’m in love with the purpose behind the space, for cancer patients. It’s such a beautiful way to honor her sister Ellen. I would highly recommend it, I’ll check this before I look anywhere else for my next visit to my daughter.

Our time in Washington was absolutely wonderful, and Neil's home is delightful! Everything was impeccably clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were well-equipped, and we truly felt at home. The listing photos are impressive, but we were pleasantly surprised by the charm and thoughtful details in this gem that made us feel welcome and added to the enjoyment of our time there. Honestly, the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! Walkable to a great downtown and the Pamlico River. We will definitely be visiting this home again!

We just spent the weekend here. Place is perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is super nice, clean and perfectly furnished. The hot tub is lush, awesome to relax and watch the stars ! Minimal light pollution. We took the kayaks out which we loved. Lots of places to explore! Overall an awesome place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts !

We loved our stay at Serendipity! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. We had tickets to see The Lost Colony in Manteo, and this place was much more reasonable than staying in Manteo. The location can’t be beat. It’s right on the water, quiet and peaceful. It was also a short drive to downtown Edenton. Georgianne made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed spending time with family, going to dinner, tubing on the boat, & hanging on the little “beach” area by the front of the house. Would definitely go back again!

We had a great stay in Merry Hill. Kate was very responsive and helpful. Jordan's Retreat was definitely a retreat for our family. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed, with some nice extra touches. Indoors and out, there are many places to rest and relax. The river is lovely and we enjoyed taking the kayaks out. It was so peaceful. The location is good and the drive to the Outer Banks is easy and makes a nice day trip. Nearby Edenton is a beautiful town with cute shops and nice coffee shops & restaurants.

We had an amazing time here! We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation with our family and friends. Not only did this beautiful home have enough room for everyone, but with so many amenities, everyone had things to do all day! The kids loved the paddle boarding and fishing while others lounged on the beach. The prefect setting for a wonderful family gathering, making memories together. Our host was responsive, kind incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful , clean and was so welcoming. The surroundings were so peaceful from the yard, firepit and pier. They supplied everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private pier kayaking fishing and fixing smores around the firepit, we had the best time. She was a great hostess and answered back quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time. it was a beautiful place and would recommend to anyone

We absolutely adored this charming and beautifully appointed cottage. Tonyia has done a lovely and imaginative job of renovating and decorating this 18th century home. It has very lovely furnishings and a very cheery feel. The kitchen is quite cute and up to date. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms are also spacious and extremely clean. The upstairs master bath vanity and sink is precious! In the back of the house there is lovely deck with a small grill, a patio table and a private driveway. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tonyia’s Airbnb!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Kitchen had everything you need. Patrick was super helpful and even offered late checkout. Bed was really comfortable. Close to the golf course and the marina.
