We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Everything was spotless, clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and every detail is thought out for a perfect stay. The area is also amazing: quiet, safe, with many trees and at the same time close to everything — shops, cafes, parks. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and warmth! The experience was satisfactory... she was always attentive during the stay. Additionally, the property is quite nice, the common areas such as the gym, jacuzzi and the high level pool. In the area you will find all the services, it is also very easy to get around by subway. Highly recommended.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
