I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my place! “Villa la Llum” is a tower with incredible ocean views, built over 50 years ago as a retreat for a beautiful French actress. This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Wine terraces in schist, views of the Albères, absolute calm with birds, and large outdoor spaces invite you to discover the Côte Vermeille in a different way.

A few meters away, there is hiking road "Cami de Ronda" with access to various beautiful beaches. The center of the Vila and the port is only 5 minutes by car.

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood. Villa Can Fité

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.

Pyramid in the heart of garrigue-mas berrugues

Come and disconnect in this extraordinary setting. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in this unique home. The pyramid was made by a metalworker, our friend Cyril. A view of the coast and Canigou. You can relax in front of the pyramid, which has a catamaran net, or behind on our 2 swings.
