Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

Me and my family stayed for a month and it was pleasant. Location is great and communication with the host is very promt. Thank youfor having us. Security is good too.

The unit is directly located in front of SM Megamall and other establishments. If you are an early bird you can walk to other café’s and restaurants that open earlier. I guess the only downside is if you will be bringing a car, the parking situation is a bit of a hassle and can be pricey if you don’t communicate with the parking attendants well. The unit is perfect for 2 guests, although a max of 4 can fit you’d be sleeping on the floor which can be quite uncomfy if you’re on the taller side. But overall I had a wonderful experience and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

We definitely had a great stay and enjoyed celebrating the new year at this unit. The unit was very aesthetic, clean and have everything we need as guests. As my mon also mentioned, we had a hotel-like experience by booking this unit since dental kits, bath towels, free coffee and tea were provided as well (just like in hotels). We were also amazed how the place was maintained in good condition. I personally chose this unit because its interior and furnitures are very pleasing to the eyes and look good in pictures as well. Thank you for the memorable new year's eve celebration and we will definitely book again! 🤍

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's incredibly accessible and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

The check-in process was easy and smooth. Instructions provided were clear and detailed. Key pickup method was convenient. The host was responsive. Response time was quick. The property was clean and well-maintained. Essential amenities (Wi-Fi, towel, kitchen items) were available.

We had a great time staying in Cha's place. The place is perfect for a family of four. There's an alfa store nearby, like 3mins. walk and a drop-off/self service next to it. We never had a hard time getting a grab taxi going to MOA and a nearby mall in this peak season. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. Will definitely stay here in our next visit.
