It’s a good place to stay The only draw back is the construction noise at 7 am 2 doors down

I have to say Shawn was one of the best host I have ever dealt with. He was so friendly he responded on time. I didn’t feel like I was being watched or violated. I mean, if I could give Shawn 10 stars I would. He really made us feel so comfortable and at home. The house so beautiful and really clean!!!! Simple and clean with spacious rooms! Well worth it

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Everything went well with our stay. Candis was responsive when we had questions and helpful when we needed help with one of the doors. The hot tub was nice and it was hot when we arrived which was nice. Overall a great stay 🙂

Great place!! Impressively clean, great communication with host. Easy checking out. My group came to attend a convention and they made checking out very easy for us due to our business. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at Diego’s villa (upper level) for 2 nights in order to be in walkable distance to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert. It was the perfect location for the show! We loved the layout, furnishings, and outdoor patio and balconies at the vila. Everything was clean and the villa felt peaceful. The villa was located at the end of the cul de sac and felt very private. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Abba Casa is an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, Alexis was incredibly communicative and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. Chaz is extremely nice! His place was everything we expected. Not only did he allow us to rent his property but connected us with vendors for (tents, tables, chairs, valet parking, etc.). They were also extremely nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to host an event, this is the place. We give him more than a 5 star. Thank you Chaz!!!!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

I stayed here with my husband, son, and mother in law for our getaway to LA. The home was beautiful and very clean. I loved the outdoor area and wish we’d have had more time to enjoy it. (Maybe next time!) the property is beautifully landscaped as well. My only complaint would be the beds are quite hard, but that’s a personal preference. Will definitely stay here again!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a great area and upscale neighborhood near Redondo Beach Pier and Marina with great restaurants and shopping in palm tree lined streets. Spacious kitchen and huge en suite with large sitting area, walk- in closet, large bathtub and separate shower, two sinks with lots of counter space and vanity area. All bedrooms have nice attached bathrooms, plus’s there’s a half bath guest bathroom, great for privacy.

The house was wonderful. Bright, spacious and modern, with beautiful and iconic views of Los Angeles from both the living room and the large outside deck. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and 2 had walk in closets. Youval was quick to respond to any questions and when the air con had an issue was excellent in having it dealt with straight away. The location for West Hollywood is perfect, five minute drive down to `Sunset, but quiet and private when up in the hills. Would love to stay here again. Thanks.

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

The house was immaculately clean—you could tell it had been professionally prepared before our arrival. The kitchen, bathrooms, and even the windows were spotless. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We spent most of our time exploring the local dining scene, which was just a few minutes away—tons of options for foodies! Would absolutely stay again.
