This house is nothing short of beautiful. Truly the perfect place for our family with a good location, great amenities, and luxurious feel. Every need and want in a house was met. Our family loved hanging out in the Spa and Pool, while also enjoying the Bluetooth surround system and large, open kitchen/family room space.

Thank you, sweet Larissa, for hosting us! The house is a serene dream, submerged in luscious trees and nature. We loved every second of our stay in this home and are beyond grateful. The house is flooded with glorious morning and sunset light from all sides.

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. An extremely beautiful house! My family had a wonderful time here

I don’t even know where to begin. From the initial inquiry to checkout, Maylen has been easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time staying at Maylen and Greg’s place. We came in late at night and it was hard to find the house bc it was dark but Maylen replied right away with directions as to how to get to the house (we were a few houses up). The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool and hot tub was used daily, to the point that my nephews preferred to stay home to swim vs go out and sight see. The game room was a plus too. Maylen and Greg were always available and they always informed us if someone was to come to the house to check on things. If there was something we needed in the house, they were quick to provide it. The area is very quiet and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend staying at their house. It was home away from home and we look forward to coming back!

Such a beautiful home with an exquisite fully enclosed back yard. We felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities, clean house, and new furniture. It was a wonderful stay and we will hopefully be back soon to enjoy this place in the future!!

We needed a house for a family gathering with our two grown up children and to host a small dinner party. Gisela and Dans place was everything we could have asked for, great off road parking for 2-3 vehicles, almost new appliances in the kitchen and a great yard for chilling. The location was central and right in the middle of West Adam’s which is definitely up and coming. Ok some backgound traffic rumble but thats LA, and wasn’t an issue for us. Some good eating in walking distance-high end Thai in the $50 entree bracket -The Farmhouse Kitchen. Also nearby, cheap cheerful and good food at the traditional Mexican place a bit further, Mariscos Maria’s . (we took our own wine no problem and there’s an outside dining area). Fun little gift shop and an Open sandwich joint on each corner of S Marvin. Very cool designer clothing place Brother Brother, opposite the Thai. Unless you’re in rush hour it’s 5 mins to Whole Foods. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Marten’s place.He met us on arrival to show us around,was very responsive and accommodating.The place was very clean and peaceful .Great host,would stay again!

I had a wonderfully enjoyable experience that truly surpassed my expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The charming decor and ample natural light created a cozy ambiance that I greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation super easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. Enjoying coffee on the sunny patio was definitely one of the highlights! The location was excellent, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to visit again!

Valeriya is an excellent host. She truly is an “invisible fairy host”! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property. I keep coming back because it’s comfortable, inviting, has all the amenities you need and in a safe neighborhood! I’ve stayed here for such long periods of time, the kind neighbors have all come up to me at different times introducing themselves because they think I’m the new owner! 😂 It’s a great home and anyone who stays here will be very satisfied.

Owners are very good people, very accommodating. They allowed us to host a small ceremony celebrating our marriage at the ranch and it went great. This home is massive and really priced well for the amount of privacy and square footage you get. ⭐️🌟🌟🌟⭐️

Andy was very easy to contact and was always happy to answer any questions to help at any time. His house is spacious and comfortable on a nice and quiet street. There is plenty of parking whether in the driveway or on the street. Thank you for the great stay Andy

My family enjoyed staying at Greg and Ast's place for 11 days. Very nice, clean and spacious. The house is very relaxing esp the pool. My children loves the pool and my doggies love playing at the big backyard. Location is very accessible and peaceful neighborhood. Ast is very nice and responsive. She always responds to my texts. I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back in the future.

We Absolutely loved This House We Had a family of 9 going to universal And this House fit us perfect! The pool was the cherry on top for us! It was close to the park near food and entertainment we will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us Kylie!

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

First off the neighborhood was very clean, peaceful and quiet. Upon entering the premises, instructions to get inside the gate were clear and spot on. Check in went smoothly! Beautiful property. Everything matched the photos perfectly. The cleanliness of the property was spot. It automatically felt very welcoming and comforting settling in. Toiletries were provided with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste which was thoughtful. Bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. The pool area was everything! Being able to control the features and temperature of the jacuzzi and pool was a first for me. Very easy to do and so worth it to jump in and relax after an eventful day. Our only regret was wishing we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities like the board game’s provided and watch some movies on the nice smart tv’s! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property! It will definitely be my go to spot when visiting LA! Our hosts were very helpful and kind!
