Abou El Joun - Batroun

SamerRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a wonderful stay, even though it was only for one night. The guest house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Nadine, the host, went above and beyond in making us feel at home. She provided us with helpful information, including phone numbers and recommendations for everything we could possibly need—delivery options, affordable restaurants, great food spots, and local attractions. Her hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The location is ideal for exploring the area, and the peaceful environment made for a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Nadine, for your outstanding hospitality!

What a gem of a place....the area, the views, the food, the hospitality. Rejuvenating is a word that comes to mind. We will always remember that connection to nature as well and the respect Karim and Wael have for the fauna and flaura.

Muriel is a wonderful and lovely host. She is so open, kind and helpful. You can learn interesting things about Lebanon from her. She gave me good tips and place recommendation, she was very helpful with calling a taxi for me. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated with vintage objects. Everything looks just like in the pictures. My room was large, clean and bright. You can feel at home. I had a great time in Beirut also thanks her and cat Georgette :-) I definitely recommend her apartment and i hope one day i will be back to Lebanon and her place :-)

The 2nd bedroom

SashaRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Abraham is definitely one of the top hosts I have ever met on Airbnb. I had very last-minute reservation prior to my arrival, Abraham treated me like a family member even before my arrival. He made everything smooth and easy. The apartment is such a gem, it is safely located in an upper-middle class neighborhood in Beirut(exactly what I wanted, like an upper-east side equivalent in Beirut). Abraham’s apartment is filled with all his art collection, and it is enjoyable to stay in someone’s house to make myself felt like a local. Abraham is kind and intelligent, I enjoyed the time we had conversations, and this is the exactly the reason why you should stay here during a trip in Lebanon, talking and exchanging opinions with locals enlightened my trip in this city. I highly recommend Abraham to everyone, don’t miss this opportunity if you ever consider to visit Beirut

Baffa House was the perfect place to stay in Beirut. It was in walking distance of many shops and restaurants and when we wanted to go further afield, we took Uber. The blue room was beautiful, as was the entire home. The breakfast was different every day and included many local tastes. Samer was the best host - all his recommendations were great and he helped us arrange a trip outside Beirut with a great guide/driver. We would highly recommend this place and Airbnb made payment easy for us. We also loved Makan, the restaurant in the ground floor of the building. Thanks, Samer !
