The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Our guest house is located in the middle of our mini-farm, which my husband and I run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river where you can cool your feet on hot days.
