The Pennepont gîte is located in the heart of the Arz Valley, in a wooded and green setting of 5 hectares. Our 18th century farmhouse has been renovated with eco-friendly materials; it consists of a living room with beautiful fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large mezzanine (relaxation area) with sofa bed (2 pers.) and two bedrooms (5 pers.) Small country house, completely renovated and located in the village of Béganne, close to small shops and the port of Folleux. The house sleeps up to six people with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with barbecue. La Chaumière – Nature and private HOT TUB

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

At Annette's

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Hiking and biking possible. Françoise will hand over the keys in person. Linens provided. Pets allowed. A deposit check of €350 will be requested: it will be returned if there is no damage. 3 beds of 140 and a sofa bed in the living room in addition. 2-night minimum stay. For the well-being of all, parties or other disturbances are prohibited.

La Maisonnette

This freshly renovated 20 m2 cottage is both the creative space of ceramist Malaury and a cozy and bright nest. For the restoration of this old building, we used noble materials such as wood, lime and stone. Consisting of a large room, only the dry toilets are outside in a small hut adjoining the cottage. Discreetly nestled in our garden, shops are nearby, the port of Foleux 4 km away and beaches 30 minutes away.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

Studio near train station & canal

Our studio 'Le Nid', 21 m2, located on the ground floor of our home, overlooking a small garden out of sight, near the city center, TGV station and Nantes canal in Brest. Equipped with a small kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, kettle), bathroom, with toilet and shower. Ideal for two people, with a 140 x 190 sofa bed (bed linen provided).
