Nice apartment on the 1st floor with large balcony, independent entrance, in wooden house on wooded grounds, designed with natural materials, spacious comfortable and very sunny . Six min by car to shops, cinema, restaurants, pharmacy, marina in la Roche Bernard, a quaint little town. 20 km from the beaches, the Brière marshlands, or Guerande and its famous salt marshes, 45 km from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, 75 km from Nantes or Rennes. Not to mention Brittany's many megalithic sites.
